Habanero aka Mando Burger

the Mando Burger made with Salsa De Leon

Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1/3 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
2 tbsp. favorite beef seasoning
½ cup Salsa De Leon Habanero
¼ cup green onions, diced
6 strips of bacon, cooked and chopped
Cooking oil
Sliced Swiss cheese

Instructions

Cook bacon.
Combine all ingredients well in a large bowl, except the sliced cheese
Refrigerate the mixture for an hour.
Form the patties and cook them in cooking oil.
Place the sliced cheese on the patties, to melt.
Serve in a grilled bun with your favorite burger toppings.
