Refried beans

Eggs

Salsa De Leon

Avocado, sliced

Cotija cheese

Cilantro, chopped

Instructions

Instructions:

Spray corn tortilla with cooking spray and bake.

Fully cook chorizo then add refried beans.

Fry the egg(s), as preferred.

Assemble tostada: spread chorizo and beans on the tostada. Place the fried egg on top of the beans. Top with Salsa De Leon, sliced avocado, cotija cheese, and cilantro.
