Calabaza con Carne Molida

Ingredients

Scale

1 lb. meat of choice, cooked and drained (if necessary)

½ yellow onion, chopped

1 cup of water

1 zucchini squash or preferred squash, sliced

18 oz. can tomato sauce

Salsa De Leon Texas Mild or Hot

Tomato bouillon

Instructions

Add meat of choice and onions into a pan. Season as preferred.
Cook until the meat is fully cooked, drain if necessary.
Add water, squash, and tomato sauce to ground beef.
Add Salsa De Leon, the desired amount.
Season with tomato bouillon, to taste.
Cover and cook until squash is tender.
